Giving Back:
Roger Pepper Programs for Teen Burn Survivors
These camps originated in 1999 and are the brainchild of Allison Massari, a burn survivor herself. Mr. Pepper is the man who pulled Massari from the fiery wreckage, and saved her life. Massari raises the money each year so that these extraordinary camps can take place. Please scroll down to see great photos of this wonderful program and for details on how to donate.

“Many of you know I am trying to raise money to help more children with burn injuries. This year I received letters and emails from former participants who have grown up. They shared many incredible words including, ‘The programs changed my life’, ‘I want to give back’, ‘You have no idea how much this has changed everything for me. I don’t feel alone. And I have so much more confidence like never before.’
I feel now even more dedicated and I have such a heartfelt passion to help more people. It will be so easy to do once the money comes in. We have everything in place and a history with such extraordinary results. My short term goal is to raise money for a one million dollar endowment that will allow these programs to continue forever and to dramatically expand the programs to help so many more young burn survivors. Please help me create a miracle. Please forward this link to your friends. All of it helps. Thank you so very much. These camps really are changing these young people's lives.”

“Omgsh Allison is the sweetest person I have ever met! She is such an inspiration to all of us. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for all of us. We are all so thankful of your generosity! Camp is such a great opportunity to learn and relate with other kids who went through the same thing I did and to just have a great time!
(Thanks again so much Allison for everything you have done for all of us at camp. It was so great to meet you!)”
